CASE STUDIES

The Challenge

Our client needed foil stamp, holographic and glitter wrapping paper printed for a national chain buyer presentation, and they needed it on the fly. The cost and time required for a mass overseas production was not a viable option so they decided on to have prototypes made. However, their search for the right prototype company was tedious as most don’t have both printing and manual assembly capacity.

The Results

Lucky for our client, they found National Creations. Our team utilized state of the art equipment to create production type quality samples. The process we used replicated their methods used in mass production, but without the need to do real overseas production. Our experts used a combination of printing and manual application methods to meet our clients deadline with a production quality prototype.

The Challenge

Our client, WeVeel LLC, had an urgent request for a package change from their buyer at Walmart Canada. Walmart requested that a box be moved to a printed translucent bag. In addition, the buyer also requested a PDQ tray to merchandise the product with bi-lingual translations. The gallery displays some of the various packing options that were delivered for our client WeVeel.

The Results

The National Creations team modified the original display box digital art files to add these bi-lingual translations. The product package was then moved from a box to a new bag design per Walmarts request. Our team did all the design work to move the packing design and then printed on translucent film to create the bag. The PDQ was customized for the new dimensions and overnighted directly to the buyer. Our quick response and ability to deliver exactly what Walmart needed kept both WeVeel and Walmart happy.

The Challenge

We’re often challenged with lots of unique prototypes. In this example we were asked to create a prototype box with assorted toy components that delivers high value to club members. Create a unique blister mold tray to hold components in place. Next, our client needed a 3-D print of toy components and a 4color shrink wrap to wrap the tools with characters. Lastly, we were asked to engineer a pallet display rendering to merchandise the box and deliver all within a one-week turn around.

The Results

Our client was thrilled and able to delivered a pre-production working prototype box and tools that allowed them to compete with the biggest brands in the industry. The prototype submission resulted in all club distribution.
